Ashford Birdwatchers Club is a small group of people with an interest in birdwatching in and around Kent. We hold indoor meetings through the winter and also arrange a variety of field meetings thoughout the year. All indoor meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at St. Mary's Community Hall, Rylands Road, Kennington, Ashford, Kent TN24 9LL at 7.30 pm. New members are very welcome. There is a £4.00 admission fee to cover the cost of the hall and speakers.

STODMARSH MONDAY 2 FEBRUARY
To confirm our next outdoor meeting is at Stodmarsh NNR. Meet at 13.00hrs (1pm) in the CP at Grove Ferry (fee to be paid) for winter birds. Later in the afternoon we will then drive round to the Stodmarsh end to walk out along the Lampen Wall (hopefully) to see the harriers coming into roost as it gets dark. So we will be there until it is virtually dark. Wellies and torch useful (but you might get away with boots as the Stodmarsh end is now gravelly).
